The Pain Of Change- In life people can be very comfortable, that is great and of course it is nice to be comfortable, but certain comforts can end up keeping you stuck in a certain situation for years. Comfort like the same house, same location, same job can keep you stuck in a small space with a small mind all your life.
Fortunately or unfortunately things in life change whether we want or like it to or not. Jobs end, relationships end,people die, babies are born. And these things have the power to turn our lives upside down or make them amazing. It’s all relative as Einstein said for every up their must be a down. And these are all learning or growing experiences that we all live with. We never know what is around the corner.
Our attitude to the pain of change is very important sometimes we need to accept things and realise that from that tragedy or success we will turn a new corner of our life. Completely unexpectedly many things happen without warning. I remember when my dad died three years ago it was completely unexpected and came as a shock to me. But It changed my attitude to health after it happened, and I am sure it has benefited my health and the health of my children greatly as well.
It took a tragedy like my dad dying for me to to wake me up to how unhealthily I had been living for many years. Sometimes it takes pain of change in your life, your finances, your health or the health of a family member to serve as a wake up call or to make a new decision that will change everything. If something bad has happened to you in a relationship in your business or finances, or to a loved one don’t despair. You are still here you have the opportunity to have a fulfilling life even if it does not look like it right now.
Make a decision to change your health,change your finances, change your relationships whatever you need to do. Things will seem better after a while you are just going through the low, before the high. Sometimes people need to be in a corner before they react and decide to change themselves.
